Hiring a Female Customer Service Operator on Behalf of H-Home Furniture Department
- Ability to provide customers with information smoothly .
- Ability to persuade customers into purchasing .
- Comfortable using computers.
- Proficient in both English & French.
- Experience working with customer support
The Operator is responsible for providing the right basic information to potential clients as well as directing some clients to the right technical department.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Computer literacy in (Microsoft Office).
- Experience in a similar role.
- Should be able to work with a team.
